You can use TNT to book shipments until:

After this date, you won’t be able to ship with TNT or access your TNT personalized rates anymore. However, you can still see your shipment history and address book on myTNT.
On 8 January 2024, you can log in to your FedEx account which will give you access to new services and tools.

We’ll do our best to make sure the move is as smooth as possible and that you can continue shipping without interruption.

You will have the option to book shipments with either TNT or FedEx – giving you time to familiarize yourself with FedEx. After 8 January 2024, your FedEx account will officially replace your TNT accounts. If you booked shipments with TNT where the receiver pays, you can continue to ship this way with their permission.

Your personalized rates will be available with TNT until 8 January 2024. After this date, you'll only be able to use your personalized rates with FedEx and not with TNT.

How to manage new users
Simply log in to your FedEx account and go to ‘FedEx Administration’. Here you’ll find three ways to manage users on your account:

1. Go to ‘Company Settings’ to manage services your company can use. Default options are also available here.
2. Go to ‘Groups’ to manage groups of colleagues and assign them default or customized settings.
3. Go to ‘Users’ to manage the individual users and assign them default or customized settings. You can also add new users here.
